Perhaps [[Diablotin]]’s most notorious crime figure, Izaguirre was (by all accounts) in his late thirties and from a family of the House of the [[Lizard]] with a long history of involvement in the underworld. He was rumoured to keep a large mansion in the [[Grand Vallon]], but also several other safe-houses in different parts of the city. His genius seemed to be in rarely letting himself be obviously involved in any particular crime. Until he decided to attempt to assassinate [[Tristane Dizon]], and was killed for his troubles.
