Phineas Strauch

Brother Phineas Strauch is the highest-ranking priest at the Nine Elms Church in Rhenea. He is of the Order of the Wolf, around sixty years old, very tall and gaunt, with short-cropped grey hair. He is a somewhat stern man with a rather orthodox outlook on the world. He personally refuses to perform inter-House marriages, for instance, leaving that task to younger priests. He grew up in the neighbourhood around Nine Elms, in a middle-class family, and he's married with several grown children.
