Obern Pell

Brother Obern Pell is a very small man, actually a dwarf, though he isn't crippled by his deformities and is able to fend for himself pretty well in most situations. He is of the Order of the Owl, about forty years old, with blond hair. He is always looking out for the parishioners of the Nine Elms Church, generous with his time, and going out of his way to help.
