Emperor of House Bear, r. 1101-1128. His twin brother Perak passed through the Arch with him, but went mad. There were rumours that the brothers switched places somehow, but this was unsubstantiated.
Preceded by Couramance Silveira, succeeded by Edvard D'Avalos.
