Isabeau Langevin

Sister of Marcau Langevin, the Duke of Blackhope. She worked alongside him, and may have been involved in raising people from the dead. The heroes staged a surprise attack on her to recover the Rod of Dust, but before she was slain she broke it and summoned a lich, which the heroes also defeated.
