Nezel (737-) is the captain of the guard of the garrison at Naftusa, a sentinel. The Varokhi have long been allied with the Dendorfi nobility, which is how Nezel got her position, although she also has considerable military talent. There is regular tension between Nezel and her sentinels, and the stoneguards of Nemnosti, not normally resulting in outright violence, but certainly quarrels, insults and trickery.
