   * 14th: Kalman tries to talk his cousin Jacobine out of marrying Davilas, with limited success. (Solo 51).
   * 15th: Boden and Kalman talk about the situation with Davilas. (Solo 52).
   * 16th: The double wedding of Sozen Dyess to Elzbieta Marcoux, and Davilas Dyess to Jacobine Marcoux, is publically announced.
   * 17th: Katia comes to visit Kalman and Eglorine, and Kalman tries to convince her to charge her brother with rape. She refuses, unless she is married, and proposes Loick as a desirable candidate. (Solo 53). Falke and Lukas go for drinks and talk about the Quicksilver War and the Houseless, among other topics. (Solo 54).
   * 18th: Kalman speaks to Patric Dyess regarding his concerns about Davilas. Loch meets his new student Corwen.
   * 19th: Loch and Belden go talk to Mataline, where they discuss unusual symmetries and the history of the Seventh.
   * 20th: Boden meets Tigranne's grandparents, Eudelin and Armoza. Pavo and Phorien talk about art and love.
