Peladan Allais

Peladan Allais is a diviner. He has red hair, with some grey, and, seemingly blind, wears dark glasses. He was a guest at Klara Dannan's strange dinner party. Sitting between him and Hugo at the party, Zola experienced a strange and disorienting effect around him, and he appeared to know some of their ulterior motive for visiting. This lead Hugo and Zola, following their investigations, to consider he might be a faerie seer.
