		+	Weyr Upon Temmz sits just below the entrance to the Underdark in a section of land on the outskirts of Grimfarr known as Feigrsteinn. The cave complex is home to a small penal colony populated by those who have been banished by the city and their descendants. In the centuries since its founding, it has grown to a population of over 1000 people and is ruled by a town council of influential citizens. Newly arrived castoffs of the surface are given a choice: 3 years of service to the town or escort out of the city via the river Temmz which flows through the town and further into the caverns. Those who choose the second option are rarely seen again.
