The Shadar-Kai who live there might not all get along if there were at home, but they have much more in common with each other than they do with most other city residents. Here you can find various shadar-kai merchants and and artisans, including tattoo artists. There is rumoured to be a pleasure house in the district as well, but non shadar-kai are not generally welcome.
