Pughan (748-765-), born as Zhundul and known as Spindletop, is a young, somewhat brash man who has recently completed his training as a vulture. Unlike all of his family, who are more intellectual in inclinations, Pughan is a tall, burly youth given to spending extended periods hunting in [[The Ghengom]] with various friends among the young vultures of the region. His family are somewhat concerned about his apparent waywardness, a topic on which Pughan would prefer to hear much less. Pughan died during a hunting accident a few years ago while out with his friends and since then, has been, if anything, even more reckless.
