A major commercial, quarrying, and farming town of perhaps 2,500 people, located on the flat lowland plains between the [[Fantendi River|Fantendi]] and [[Pasu River|Pasu]] rivers, where the [[Khujai River]] comes in from the north. Located about halfway up the rivers from [Ai Dandura], it is the central commercial town and political hub for the entire [[Naftusa Province|province]], with several noble lineages located there. The [[Degh Ekorre]] are located in the valley just below the town and are a major pilgrimage site for travellers en route to [[Nemnosti (site)|Nemnosti]]. A substantial number of country folk have moved to Naftusa from the various upland villages, some of which are now abandoned.
