Like many other things the group has encountered, they are an eclectic mix of magical styles.  Aan looks at the knife but it feels disconcertingly evil and familiar to him. Nimozaran drops by with more information about the towers, and Hilja's binding magics. She offers to help with the book and says that the knife is specifically used to bind fey and fey spirits.  Frond talks to Kirar about whether he wants to come (he does) before they all set out.</ins></div></td></tr>

At that point, she disappears, as does the 'sacrifice'.</ins></div></td></tr>
