 Nik, Coifárë, and Gueiris meet to discuss the former's concerning letter about Lamont.  They  decide to see if Nik's father can get in to see him and if they can perhaps get him away to their estate at Therma Alba.  Gueiris also suggests spreading rumors about his uncle, in case he really is trying to usurp his ward and might get cold feet.  Nik and Coifárë go to start this endeavour by talking to the Doumens and Leonora.
