Retha is the Mala Tajna's den mother, so to speak. If Haron Desmet is the organizational head, then Retha is the one who commands the undying loyalty - in many cases, she literally picked the mob's members out of the gutter, helping them get on their feet and turn their lives around. She is in her early 30s, tall and slender, and quite strikingly attractive.
