Kathan Kizer

Emperor of House Wolf, r. 1563-1609. After his death, his daughter Ibarra attempted to seize the throne for herself and institute a hereditary monarchy. Although she had some support, she was ultimately unsuccessful, and was executed for treason.
Preceded by Loch Tederic, succeeded by Amaransia Desrosiers.
