Emperor of House Owl, r. 1856-1883. Sometimes called The Farmer, he took a great interest in agriculture, to the point of paying unannounced visits to farms he happened to be passing, and plowing under many of the Imperial City's gardens in order to grow crops.
Preceded by Raya Falgout, succeeded by Foulque Valenze.
