Tocha (717-), known as Snapping Dog, is the fierce and proud hengi of the Gago lineage, and one of the most powerful vultures among the Ravre. Notorious for his erratic temper and brutality, interspersed with strange bursts of kindness, Tocha runs his lineage as a petty dictatorship out of the iftibal on the shores of Lake Hong in the center of Hong Sogo. While feared more than loved, Tocha has a network of vultures, hunters, and other supporters throughout The Ghengom who provide him information and support.
