Tiazi

Tiazi is a Cozovode opera singer. A big name at the Imperial Opera, she was a guest at Klara Dannan's strange dinner party. She appears to be a small, delicately-featured elven woman with long, curling brown hair and an olive complexion, but Hugo & Zola's investigations into the fey suggest she is a rusalka.
