Theodis is a young half shadar-kai woman appearing about 22. Frizzy white hair, grey-green eyes. Theo is a spy and possible double-agent, involved with both the human resistance and the elites of the city to the point where even Sendhel is not sure where her true loyalties (if any) lie. She tends to be skeptical, sarcastic, and suspicious at all times. (But she likes a good fuck as much as anyone…)
