Roska (711-), known in Luetkan as Heijuvansi Ruus, is a stout, short man of middling years who is among the first generation of Luetkans born in the Pardopasu after The Blue Storm, and now serves as the hengi of the artificial Vegru lineage. Along with his counterpart Ferfevu of the Urdof in Naftusa, Roska has worked over the past decade to advocate for greater political and social integration of Luetkans into ordinary social life, a task that has only been partly successful because of the reputation that Luetkans are incestuous (true only because of the imposition of the Omban lineage system). A powerful orator, bilingual in Luetkan and Ombesh, he is stern and firm but inspires great loyalty among his people.
