Rennan is successful Shadar-kai merchant, engaged in cross-plane import/export of goods such as spices, wine, and precious metals. He is prosperous and quite well-off, and lives in a large house the Pav rather than the Shade. Nevertheless he does what he can to support those of his race who are less successful, and attends the temple of Serpent.
