Pavo ar Seni

Pavo ar Seni is a shadar-kai nobleman, appearing about 28. He fathered high priestess of Vrag Fedra ar Seni (among others). Pavo was instrumental in engineering his eldest daughter's rise to prominence in the church, but has since retired to his wife's estates in the countryside, rarely visiting Saraknyel, which is unusual for an SK noble.
