An unemployed former bodyguard who was paying court to Ilse. For a while, he worked as a retainer for the despicable Jovien Kizer. He lived across from the house near White Bear Square, watching for Althea or any other unusual activity. Falke Sathin and Oth had a working relationship of sorts, before Falke blew it.
