An unemployed former bodyguard who was paying court to Ilse. For a while, he worked as a retainer for the despicable Jovien Kizer. He lived across from the house near White Bear Square, watching for Althea or any other unusual activity. Falke Sathin and Oth had a working relationship of sorts, before Falke blew it. Eventually, Oth saw the light and returned to Lord Grey's (formerly known as Martan Kizer) service. And now Falke gets to boss him around. >:}
