Mother Raina is a young woman, age 22, with long, tangled black hair and green/white eyes. A priestess of Rat and seer, and close associate of Father Willem. She is more than a little touched in the head, often calling people by the wrong names and speaking of herself in the third person, but she has visions that are sometimes quite usefully accurate, so she is a handy ally to have around. She is in love with him, in her way, and very devoted to helping him however she can.
