Duke of Blackhope, a rather sinister figure who was at least somewhat involved in the attempted theft of Karrick and the disappearance of Kalman and Pavo. Around fifty years old, dark and handsome, but with a somewhat receding hairline. He started building an army of undead in the mountains, with which to challenge Tristane. Falke Sathin's wedding to Ilse Gambrell was in fact interrupted by a skeletal attack, but the heroes rose to the challenge and helped save the city from a harrowing invasion.
