Lucia and her family came to Nēšu Abamātu 15 years ago to begin a construction business to profit from the fledgling town. Her business now owns many slaves and controls most of the construction and demolition industry in the city. She is staunchly loyal to Thantopolis and its interests and does not approve of the recent change in power.
