Lucia and her husband Iounius came to Nēšu Abamātu 15 years ago to oversee new constructions for the town on behalf of her family's construction business in Thantopolis. She and her family have been in charge of most of the building, renovation and demolition in the city in that time. She is staunchly loyal to Thantopolis and its interests and does not really approve of the recent change in regime.
