Red-haired teenaged ratcatcher who, along with her terrier (Toby) and ferret, works in Pearl City. She gets lots of work near the river, she says, where the access points to the old sewer system make rats a particular problem. She is deeply connected to the sewer-dwellers, and is able to change her shape like they do, at least under stress. Loch's wife, and the mother of his twin sons Alexior and Velten.
