Hestur (644-727), known to the Lady as Efra, was the chief jeweler at Nemnosti for several decades. A descendant of the region's major craft lineage of jewelers whose grandfather had been the Lutamu hengi, Hestur came to Nemnosti as an acolyte after assisting her father on a jeweled sarcophagus to be set in the Inner Caves. She was particularly noted for her work alongside her husband, Baikhe Foskon, and together, they constructed numerous jewelled glyphs and magical items in the decades after the fos blight when such constructions were nearly impossible elsewhere. Most notably among their creations was the Reje Diadem, often considered one of Nemnu Ula's 'crown jewels'.
