Gregoire Carrizales

A short, balding, unassuming man of middle years, Gregoire is actually one of the most skilled musicians of recent years. He is not of any particularly distinguished extraction, but his talent and fame make up for his lack of noble blood. He taught Kalman (and several other noble students, including Liese and Adrius Valenze and Zephirine Trueblood) since the time he was very young, and Kalman continued to visit his home in the Grand on a fairly regular basis. He is a strict teacher and has something of a temper, but was fond of the young nobleman. Unfortunately, he has been ill of late.
