Later discovered to be the daughter of Martan Kizer and Elfea Rademacher, but passing herself off as a Lizard. She was a candidate for emperor, but failed the test and was kept in the palace (in the Maiden’s Tower), pregnant and emotionally unstable. The reunion of the Arch seemed to heal her to some degree. She and the Empress Tristane became lovers, and raised Althea's daughter, Theonée, as well as her subsequent children, together.
