Aleksior the Blessed is a shadar-kai on the Irrdin'errin. The most senior member of the Irrdin'errin, he appears approximately 80, and is its (mostly) undisputed leader. He is domineering, authoritative, constantly talks over people, and always has to have the last word, but he is growing somewhat absent-minded in his old age. He is called 'the Blessed' because of his frequent communion with Vrag, so close that it is said he speaks with the Serpent's own voice.
